5. Most UCL Titles
Carlo Ancelotti is the only manager to win the UEFA Champions League four times in his managerial career. He has won the prestigious trophy twice with AC Milan (2003, 2007) and twice with Real Madrid (2014, 2022).
Only three managers have been able to win three or more than three UCL titles in history. Besides Carlo, Bob Paisley and Zinedine Zidane are the only two managers to achieve this feat.

Bob won three UCL titles with Liverpool while Zidane did the same with Real Madrid with the only difference being the latter having won them consecutively.

4. Only manager To Play In Five UCL Finals
Carlo Ancelotti is the only manager to appear in five Champions League finals. The only time he failed to lift the trophy was when AC Milan lost to Liverpool in 2006 UCL final.

3. Won UCL Both As Player And Manager
The Italian manager is one of the only seven people in football history to have won the Champions League both as a player and as a manager.
He won the competition twice with AC Milan (1988-89, 1989-90) as a player and once as their manager. That said, he has lifted six UCL trophies in his football career, the only one to achieve this milestone.

2. Most UEFA Competition Titles As A Manager
The 63-year-old is one of the only manager to win eight UEFA Cub Competition trophies. In addition to his four Champions League reigns, he has also secured one UEFA Intertoto Cup and three UEFA Super Cups.
Talking about this milestones’ race, only two other managers have been able to win seven UEFA Cub Competitions – Sir Alex Ferguson and Giovanni Trapattoni.

In 2022, Carlo Ancelotti recorded one of the greatest footballing achievements of all time. After winning 2021/22 La Liga trophy with Real Madrid, he became the only manager to win each of the top five European domestic leagues.
